Cole B. Hamilton, PhD, PMP is a self-driven and results-oriented Senior Data Analyst with extensive experience in managing recruitment, training, and agile team building in the United States Army. With a proven record in data analysis, cleaning, visualizing, automating, and presenting complex datasets for senior managers, Cole is well-versed in the use of statistical analysis and data analysis to identify underperforming areas and manage courses to increase junior members. He is also responsible for data solutions, data security, and protected information data governance. Cole has a master's degree in Agile Project Management, Human Resources, Leadership, and Staff Development, and highly developed skills in data cleaning, data visualization, and dynamic report construction.
